These terms govern all furniture restoration and repair services provided by Wellnesspulsepost. By booking a repair, you agree to these clear conditions.
This agreement is between Wellnesspulsepost, located at 18 Side, Newcastle upon Tyne, and the individual or commercial client booking repair work. We agree to undertake the timber repairs described in the accepted estimate using appropriate workshop techniques.
Quotes are issued based on photographs or physical examination and remain valid for thirty days. A booking is confirmed once we agree on an inspection or collection date. If unexpected internal timber defects appear once work begins, we pause and discuss revisions before continuing.
When collecting or returning furniture, clients must provide a safe and unobstructed route through the property. We carry out structural repairs and refinishing in our dedicated workshop unless minor cosmetic blending is specifically agreed for on-site execution.
All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair work. We accept cash on completion and direct bank transfer against invoice. We do not accept card payments.
Clients may cancel or postpone a collection appointment by giving at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours notice may incur a modest transport charge if our driver is already dispatched.
We carry standard public liability insurance and goods in transit insurance for all items under our care. Clients must inspect the repaired furniture upon redelivery. Any concerns must be noted within seven days so we can inspect and rectify the joint or finish promptly.
These terms and all service agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
