Cancellation window

Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the start time with zero charge. Cancellations after that window may incur costs for bespoke materials already acquired.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment at no cost. We offer the earliest open workshop date within one business day.

Section · 03

Refund conditions

We return full payment if we cancel, fail to perform the agreed work, or produce results contrary to the quote that cannot be corrected within a fair timeframe.

Full return of deposit if you cancel at least twenty-four hours before timber collection.
Deduction of material expenses only if specialty wood or veneer was already custom ordered.
Zero cancellation charge for workshop appointments rescheduled due to personal illness.

Receive written confirmation of the cancellation or new date.
