The final price is agreed in writing after photographic inspection or in-person evaluation. The quote covers bench labour, adhesives, finishing oils, and local delivery.

Payment methods
Payment is made upon completion via cash or bank transfer against an invoice. We collect no payment card data here.

Invoicing
An itemised invoice is issued when work is finished. Payment must be settled before or upon the return of the piece.

Deposits and materials
We do not request deposits for small repairs under two hundred pounds. Larger multi-item commissions require a deposit of twenty percent before materials are ordered.

Late payment
Invoices remain payable upon delivery. Overdue balances past fourteen days incur a standard statutory late fee.
