How do you calculate your quotes?
We inspect the piece either in person or via clear photographs. We give a fixed written quote based on the timber, joints, and finish required. We do not add unexpected fees later.
When and how do I pay for the work?
Payment is made only after the work is fully finished and inspected. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. We do not take card payments.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my booking?
You can reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment at any time before collection. Simply contact our workshop by phone or email.
Do you offer a guarantee on joint repairs?
Yes. Every structural repair comes with a 30-day warranty. If a repaired joint moves or loosens under normal household use within 30 days, we return and fix it without fee.
